Games provided through Gila River Resorts & Casinos platforms are operated by third-party suppliers (including but not limited to GAN and mainstream slot manufacturers). Suppliers' software and algorithms have been tested and validated as meeting regulatory standards; however, no system is completely free from potential bugs or anomalies.
IP AND SOFTWARE PROTECTION
Gila River owns the intellectual property rights in its services, games, platforms, and all related materials (including but not limited to source code, designs, logos). You agree not to reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise attempt to replicate our software without written authorization.
CONFIDENTIALITY
As a result of using the Services, you may have access to confidential information regarding Gila River Resorts & Casinos business operations and gaming technology. You must maintain confidentiality and refrain from disclosing this information to any third party without prior written consent.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona, United States. Any disputes arising out of or related to our agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration under applicable state law.
